ABOUT ME

With over 25 years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals who are ready to make lasting changes. I believe every phase of life brings unique challenges and opportunities for growth. My role is to support and guide your personal evolution, empowering you to live with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado-Boulder (2001).  After working for two years in the Boulder Valley School District, I returned to school. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado-Denver (2006). I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #5311) in 2009 and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA #1-12-10448) in 2012.

In my free time, I love to explore the outdoors - anything from spending time with my two kids at a park to hiking and camping in the backcountry. I run frequently, play ice hockey occasionally and cross-country ski whenever possible.
